In our blog series "ABAX Inside" we introduce today the members of our IT support team.
Since 1997 ABAX Informationstechnik GmbH has been operating an in-house structure for the Provision of IT helpdesk services. With our team of IT specialists, we support large corporations as well as small and medium-sized businesses in their daily challenges of digital transformation by means of on-site service or remote maintenance.
Therefore, it is time to introduce the people* from this core area of our portfolio in more detail.

IT Helpdesk Manager
Gerhard has been with ABAX since 2001. After several years of on-site support activities with well-known customers, he has been team leader of the IT helpdesk team since 2011 and is still as enthusiastic about the job as on his first day.
Harald originally comes from the electronics industry, has made his hobby into his profession via a second education to become an IT technician and has been a permanent member of the ABAX IT support team for more than 8 years.
Klaus decided to complete his apprenticeship as an IT technician 10 years ago. He has been working with us at first level since 2014.
Equipped with IT knowledge from the HTL Spengergasse, Dawid has been part of the helpdesk team since the beginning of 2019. With his accumulated experience, he supports our customers via remote and also on-site support.
Janine is the second youngest member to join the helpdesk team in October 2020. As a career changer, she now supports the support team as a first level IT technician.
Manuel joined ABAX in 2020 as a first level support employee. He is happy to be able to help our customers with technical problems despite the complicated entry through Corona.
