IT support remote or on site
ABAX has been operating IT support with dedicated staff since 1997. We offer a flexible range of IT support services depending on your requirements. Extended service hours, proactive monitoring and trouble shooting, including regular reports on your consumed services are a fixed part of our offer.
Online IT Support
Most cases can be resolved by our IT support remotely, i.e. via a digital connection to the affected system. The IT support employee sees everything that the on-site employee sees. The employee is "live" during the repair and can clarify any questions with IT support by phone.
IT support on site
If remote IT support is not sufficient, an on-site assignment is planned in consultation with the customer. This type of IT support saves time and also protects the IT budget.
