Your area of responsibility in the team

We see you as part of our IT support team as a 1st level support consultant. One of your main tasks will be to answer and solve our users' queries via the TT system, email or telephone. You will solve problems with customers in direct conversation, on site or remotely and help to increase the usability of our products and thus grow further and further into our support team and of course take on more responsibility. Specifically, you can expect the following tasks: 

  • Recording and classification of user requests via the TT system, email or telephone 

  • Answering and solving 1st level inquiries in German and English 

  • Troubleshooting, remote support and documentation 

  • On-site analysis, installation and troubleshooting 

  • Client - Administration and Support 

  • Administration of mobile devices (IOS, Android)

What you should already bring with you 

You will work a lot with our customers and the support team. Accordingly, we expect you to take personal responsibility and be willing to approach customers. We and your team leaders will provide you with everything you need to solve incoming problems step by step on your own. You will also travel to the customer's premises for urgent problem solving and installations. The following requirements are necessary for this job: 

  • Technical expertise in MS Windows (client and server), MS Office, Linux (optional) and good basic knowledge of IT networks - We'll teach you what you don't know yet 

  • Very good German and English language skills in spoken and written 

  • Well-groomed and confident appearance in front of customers 

  • Driving license B for on-site service 

Your minimum basic salary according to the collective agreement is at least € 2,112.00 gross per month for 38.5 hours (AT, career starter). However, we have already written that we are prepared to pay you a higher salary from day 1.
