Update 04.05.2020

As of 04.05.2020 we have resumed office operations (in compliance with all relevant safety precautions) in combination with home office.

ABAX Coronavirus (COVID-19) Prevention

Dear customers and partners of ABAX Informationstechnik GmbH

dealing with viruses is part of the daily business in our industry, but in the current situation we are confronted with completely new challenges.

We would like to inform you that despite the current challenges, we are striving to keep all areas of the company functional with minimal restrictions. Therefore almost all persons and services are available for you. Nevertheless, there may be limitations, for example in hardware deliveries and installations. In these cases we will contact you directly.

Since last week, the preventive measures have already started in consultation with our company doctor and our management. The majority of our employees have switched to home office and are working for you as usual. Our offices are manned in the journal service. Nevertheless, we would ask you to switch communication to digital channels, such as electronic invoicing (invoice@abax.at) to be carried out.

Of course, all our measures are in line with the requirements of the Austrian Federal Government and the health authorities. We will continue to take all necessary measures to guarantee the safety of our employees and at the same time fulfil our obligations to our customers and partners.
